One pitch, game oval! Pathetic offense output. With a Pink Hatter’s win tonight, Yankees are 1/2 game
out of first place........that’s what a 2-4 road record will get you. The hitting has come to a screeching
halt......just in time for those Boston Beantowners.

Though the pitching was not premium, the offense failed to overcome a 3 run difference. This team has been shut out twice in its last five games. Not the best way to start the Boston series.

I went to bed after the game & woke up thinking it was Thurs am, in other words I've already forgot, must be my old timers... all I can remember is it wasn't pretty and it wasn't fitting for a rookie manager being compared to the man, with Cone stroking & flattering his Buddy Boones ego...

I once posted before, Cone used to be a pitcher, now he drinks from one. I guess all of those "mind erasers" have led cone to forget Girardis success as a player and manager as well. Everybody fawns over Boone like he's the second coming of (_____________) Boone called other managers prior to his Yankee Interview to get advice on how to comport himself. Pretty shabby for a man who has been around the game from childhood on. Well the Yankees (Cashman) made their choice and we all know it was a political pick and you'll get what you chose. Have no doubt Trashman will be calling up this loser again; he wants to make sure his yo-yo is in good working
order. He should be calling Toe to join the team. Toe is more valuable than having Walker on this roster.
But Trashman has a stubborn streak that is not benefiting the team. Common sense is not cashman’s strong suit!
