It’s back to work for many after the holiday break. And now that the Yankees have been shut out,
it’s time that they get their hitting shoes on and take care of business.

I’m hoping ‘The Big Maple’ has straightened out on the mound. Just wish the dude could pitch into
the 7th inning. We are into September....is that too much to ask? As long as he does not do ‘a Tanaka’.....
that guy makes me a nervous wreck! Now there’s one guy who shows all his cards from the
getgo. :shock1:

:smiley-temptation:

Every time the Yankees play this Ranger team it brings back bad memories of the '10 ALCS. Yankees coming off an '09 Championship and getting their asses kicked by a bunch of Arlington Goat Ropers. All the BS about how Hughes liked to pitch and A-hole liked to hit down there. Then listening to Jackie Autry say the Yankees were afraid of "Junkie" Josh Hamilton. When this team shows up for tonights game the goal should be to make up for that ass whipping they got yesterday.

Texas Rangers have nothing to lose......at this stage of the baseball season.....this type sports team
is probably the toughest to play against. Whatever they do positively becomes ammunition and
motivation against the better team. Which raises the question......why will the Yankees demonstrate
frustration early in these games. Remember the Yankees have come from behind in a game 41 times
this year. That’s a helluva lot of comeback victories. This game may be another one of those 2019
crazy games.

Rays Lost The First Game of a Doubleheader 4-2.

Lillie, with all the good news you state on this board, Yankee management should put out a mandate that
the team must win on your birthday! Enough of their bullshit.
Oh, BTW.....the Yankees magic number is down to 14. I think.

Thanks Cage I try my Best.

Paxton is getting better support from his cup than his team mates. Come on offense, get off of your dead asses and support that pitcher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Yankees gave Gardner 7.5 mil to be a part time player. Dude to injuries he was played more than expected to. Sure turned out to be a damn good thing he got more playing time, he's made some game saving catches, hit some big home runs and produced more for this team than some of the alleged superstars.

5 HRs so far tonight. And we have a “laugher” for the Pinstripers, 10 - 0

I do believe ‘The Big Maple’ has finally arrived. Tonight’s pitching makes Paxton The Player
of the Game. If he does this in the playoffs, the team becomes one pitcher closer to a
Championship.
