I would like to see Romine have success like Sanchez. A lot of pressure on Hicks in the Clean up position.

...you know, something I've been rolling around in my head is what happens if Bird does not return to his former self when he comes back?...here's a wild idea, and I know I'll probably get some heat about it but what about trying to convert Sanchez to 1B?...love his bat and I know he's got a great arm behind the plate but IMO, that's all he has going defensively...he simply gives up way too may PBs and doesn't block pitches in the dirt well at all...but overall, defensively, I think Romine is better defensively and I also think he handles pitchers better.
...like I said, it's just a thought...here's another thought, (I was gonna suggest Hicks at 1B but he's just too damn good defensively in CF...same with Judge...but what about Stanton at 1B?...he's tall and it would free up an OF spot and let's face it, he's not very good in LF.

..again, just spitballing, but hey, trust me, I really hope Bird finally has his shit together and can stay healthy.

I'd have to buy into that. Sanchez flat out scares me behind the dish and he had help and instruction from Girardi. Romine is better behind the plate and the man can hit. Availability is a key signature and we've not seen much of that from him. I'd hate to think of him missing as much time as Texeria did when he was here. This team has quite a few options position player and offense wise, use them.

Really? A 2017 free agent signing. He was drafted by the Phillies in the 47 Round in 2009. He’s played
sporadically in semi-pro leagues in ‘11, ‘12, ‘13. He has pitched a total of 5 games since Yankees
signed him. At Scranton he’s pitched 2 games, 0-1 record. At Trenton he was 3-0.

Wish him luck. As for Cashman, there are no words.

Biggie needs to go Boone what are you waiting for.

Boone, when wil you ascend from your delicate derriere and remove your starter. Got called to dinner and upon return found old Biggie shitting the bed .

Judgement Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Damnit Boone find someone who can pitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
