It's worth noting that the weekend sees the Yankees vs Tampa for three more, Baltimore heading to Detroit for three and Boston and Toronto meeting for three games. This could get really interesting if the Yankees keep winning.

And the Cubs visit Houston for 3 games...
WC ramifications.

I know we want to win the division and right now the Yanks are 4 games behind Boston and they'll be playing them more often (7 games) than any other team - but Toronto and Baltimore are in between Yanks/Boston.
Obviously a problem.
All of the A.L. East contenders will be playing each other and someone has to lose....and someone also has to win.
I can't realistically see the Yanks winning this division unless they take at least 5/7 from Boston....and I'm not going to make any wagers on that.
I'll just hope to see more pleasant surprises.

Otherwise it's a scramble between 5-6 teams for a WC spot including Detroit and Houston who have softer schedules.....with KC and Seattle also possibilities.

This is great entertainment- every series is like a playoff series because losing 2 or 3 games to a team puts you in a deeper hole with fewer games left.

Listen guys me and Ron did a little investigating on Rick. I gave him his phone number as I have talked to him a couple times in Florida. I had Ron call the number and it is not in service anymore.
