It is time to beat Eovaldi. He says he likes pitching at Yankee Stadium. He’s used to their mound.
As Yankee his ERA was above 4.00. In a Boston uniform he’s at 3.30 ERA. Go figure.

Oh, and just some choice words for Ryan Brasier,Boston’s rookie 29 yr old pitcher, who had the gall to tell
Sanchez to get back in the batter’s box after he and Leon, his catcher, were taking forever deciding what
to throw to Sanchez. This clown got an immediate reward by striking out Sanchez to the cheers of the bias
Boston fans. But in the end it was Sanchez whose HR said....”Game on and we got your number”.
This incident I believe irked Sanchez to El Kraken status again!

What I don't need today is another birthday, I've seen so many roll by. But if the Yankees get out and win ALDS Game Three it sure would be a happy one.

Happy Birthday, Brother! The Yankees will win both these home games just to celebrate you!!!

Have a great day and many more.

Happy Columbus day everyone (although it's not actually Columbus day. That'd be Friday the 12th.).

Our (American Italians) one holiday every year...which feels like a rip-off. Where's daVinci day? Or DiMaggio Day? Or Berra, Crosetti, Lazzeri and Rizzuto Day?

Or Pizza day mmmmm. That sounds like a great day, doesn't it? :mario:

Happy Birthday Cowboy, "may you stay forever young"... :cowboy:

:happybday:

A Yankee victory would be the best gift money cannot buy...and of course another and another et al....
:smiley-marinesalute

Thanks for the idea Roy just sent my Husband out for Pizza and a Calzone.

Old Merle Haggard line: "looking for a place to fall apart.

Cleveland, wins division handily, plenty of time to set their team. Kluber shits the bed in game 1, Bauer & Miller in game 2. Checking today I see Bauer make two throwing errors changing his team from up 1 to down with Miller failing as well. I thought the Indians would play better but they look like chumps out there today.

Screw Columbus he didn't discover anything that didn't already exist...

Free pizza and calzone for everyone- as we celebrate DiMaggio, Lawrence "Yogi" Berra, Rocky Marciano and Scooter Rizzuto Day...

and-
Rossellini, Fellini, Zefferelli and Bertolucci too...
