Does Woodward have a thing for 7's, eg 7 run lead; 7th inning or does he have a Little League mentality rule. He would like to see Manfred Institute throughout MLB to go along with all the other Little League bulshit.? Is he really saying I need a vacation to Vegas already I miss those 7s on the one-armed Bandits?
