Britton, Yankee doodles Pony kicked a very lucky horse shoe up your sorry ass. That could have really been ugly

I know we were spoiled with Mo, but I don’t remember any of our bullpens ever being THIS nerve wracking. It seems like these supposed clutch, late inning bullpen guys just can’t go three up, three down with consistency. One may do it, but then two others in the same game will load the bases or allow a run. That’s why it’s important to have great starting pitching, because bullpens are always a tossup.

Britton pitches in and out of big 8th inning jam. BaBoone is going to wear the bullpen
to a frazzle. Come playoff time, these guys will be pitching on ‘empty’.

The issue with Britton doing as shitty as he did is that now Chapman has to face the 3-4-5 hitters. That’s concerning. And why wasn’t Chapman up warming up???? Genius decision making by our great manager BaBoone.

So now here comes Chapman, not having gone through his normal warmup routine (which may be a positive since he’s been beyond shaky, but most closers are creatures of habit) to face Boston’s 3-4-5 hitters. Geeee....what could go wrong here??? Lil’ get the liquor ready!!!!!

Now the ump wants to squeeze the strike zone? Seriously? That first pitch was clearly a strike. Come on. Chapman needs to get those borderline calls or else he’s done for because his fast ball isn’t as fast, and it’s straight as an arrow.

No, it was to give Chapman time to warm up since our brilliant manager forgot to make the call to get him up and ready. Now our outfield has 2 noodle arms.

Your probably right but what a ridiculous reason to take out your best centerfielder. What the hell does Rothschild do??

Where the hell is BaBoone’s head? Yeah, I know.....Up his ass! For a major league manager, he is off
center and ignores the little things that should give his team an advantage.

Done.

Yankees sweep the BoSux in the day - night double header....GM 1....9-2, GM 2 .....6-4.

Boy! Michael Kay must be biting his nails.....missing the good times at Yankee Stadium.
Hurry, Michael. Get well fast. Miss your C-Ya’s!

I am so fed up with all these injuries, especially on routine plays. Now, we hear Hicks injured
his elbow on throw to 3B. This is outrageous.

Stroman gives up two earned runs in the first inning.

With the bases loaded he walked the batter with run number 2. Stroman got lucky out number three and left the bases loaded.
