Fantastic! Four runs in the 8th! That inning decides the game, 9-6!!!

Damn good turn by Torres on that DP.

I'm gonna go out on a limb, and say before this year is over, Torres & DiDi will look as good, and be as effective turning 2, as Addison Russell and Javy Baez....

Torres looks like he was born playing 2nd base. I can't imagine how good he'd be at SS, yet those that have seen him play SS say he's as good as any. Didi looked like an acrobat with t/one DP, throwing off his one foot turned sideways. Damn I love this tandem defensively, ntm- Andujar has exceeded all expectations as well with glove, arm & bat.

Now, we get a dose of Barnes and Kimberl......ugh!

And Aaron Judge put the Boom back into these hot Yankees!
Love this comeback.......

I love seeing Kimbrel coming into these games. B4 this is series is over, Kimbrel's ERA's is going to bloat more than the Goodyear blimp....

Bullpen stunk, offence shined. Tanka kept the team in the game, Judge, Gardner, and Walker came up with timely hits. The catch by Judge was awesome.

^^^^
Lord knows Gardner & Walker had to come up big sooner than later, Kudos to Gardy. Hope he can continue climbing above the Mendoza line and driving in runs.

Judge showed off his legs & speed tonight, glovework and bat too. I was hoping Chapman & JD wouldn't of collided, as I wanted to see Judge throw JD out at 2nd. Loved the panic in Moreland's face when he saw Judge bearing down on him at 1b. Had Hanley of been playing 1b, he'd be fertilizer plowed under, or a "dead skunk in the middle of the road stinking to high heaven" (to borrow your own analogy from Loudon Wainwright III)...

Judge is no doubt a 5 tool player, who needs Mike Trout??? Yanx don't/won't (I hope)...

Stamp- aren't you glad you ventured over to the Dark Side, and set up homestead stakes. Did you see how the (excuse my pun, its actually Vic DiBitetto's:) Baltimore Glory h-O's) - Bundy without obtaining a single out; gave up/allowed seven baserunners, four of whom reached on walks, and gave up seven runs, 4 Hr's... now a 19.0 ERA...

Many baseball fans think of the Yankees as a potent offensive lineup but a few fans with accurate perspectives know great defense.Baseball-Batter-Animated.gif
