Boones misuse of the bullpen and his continued misuse yesterday is what may cost the yanks a home WC game as lead over oakland just 2 games. Would love to see cashman admit his mistake ( I know never happen) and fire boone and go to miami and bring donnie baseball back here to manage our yankees.

Imho- that's exactly what King George would've done, e.g. 1978, & the many other seasonal changeouts.
Lemon, Howser, Michael, & Martin X-5, inct Sweet Lou and Yogi too....

Surprised Trashman & Joe weren't canned after 04. I liked Joe alot, but yeah it was time 4 Joe to move on, & brian brainless Trashman to move out, with the trash...
 
I'm wondering in what uncompromising poses or actions were the Katzenjammers Kids Hal & Hank caught in that permits Cashman to keep his job. Accountability should pass all the way up to ownership as well as the rank & file. I liked the "Boss" and though he was not perfect he did love his teams and wanted to win. Tough act for the Katzenjammer dweebs to follow. Can't convince me that they give a shit either.
 
Is Severino concerned that his outings in the last month have not matched his first three month
output? I know BaBoone nor Trashman show no concern. That’s enough concern for me!

We don't have much of a chance with Adams pitching. He's a gap-filler, and innings-eater for a team that is destined to play to not lose. They have a bit of a cushion but Oakland is closing in. Adams lasagna and cesspool, this is the best trash man can do.

I really believe Trashman had no intention to strengthen the pitching staff from outside the
farm system until he “saw” these kids were not footing the bill. Hence, Lynn & Happ. What gets me.......
Trashman has not been footing the bill with the pitching on this team. Obtaining Sonny Gray was his
faux pas which will be his imprint on this season.
 
This team is laying huge egg in Minnesota tonight. No hits through 4 innings. So, tell me......Where is the
intensity, the motivation, the urgency? And the manager is chewing that cud like it’s his last meal. May be!
