Jays already lost, so with a win the Yanx will move within 3 games in the loss column...Good guys up 2-0 in the 5th with Schlitter perfect so far.

Schlittler looks great so far tonight...pitching ahead in the count to nearly every batter...66 pitches with 51 being strikes...perfect through 6 with 5 Ks.

Must've put the curse on him...lead off single to open the 7th breaks up the perfect game.

Schlittler runs out of gas...bases loaded with 2 out in the 7th...great start by the youngster but Boone has seen enough...calls on Luke Weaver.

Weaver does the job by getting the final out by striking out the batter on 3 piTches.

And who does Bonne call on to close out the game?....well who else?, Devin f'n Williams, who promptly surrenders a run and now the tying runs are on 2nd and 3rd, and nobody out.
