Israeli golfer Laetitia Beck leads at LPGA Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic in Prattville
Laetitia Beck missed the cut in her last three LPGA events, but it doesn't look like that will happen this week.
Beck shot a 7-under 65 today in the LPGA Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic in Prattville, giving her an early two-shot lead in the four-day event. She is the first golfer from Israel to qualify for the LPGA Tour after playing college golf at Duke.

Ariya Jutanugarn birdied eight of her final nine holes Saturday to match the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic record at 9-under 63 and take a three-stroke lead.
Seeking her first LPGA Tour victory, the 20-year-old Thai player had a 14-under 202 total. She showed little emotion at the end, giving a small wave toward the bleachers after picking up her ball and strolling toward her playing partners for a hug.
Ariya Jutanugarn wins Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic in Prattville
Ariya Jutanugarn of Bankok, Thailand held on to her lead from Saturday and closed the deal at the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic in Prattville with a one-shot victory.
Jutanugarn won Sunday with a 72 in Sunday's final round, and finished with a total score of 274. Her final 14-under total barely gave her the win, after several other golfers rallied back on the final day to make the ending dramatic.
