I am pretty consistent at steakhouses. This is my 2011 answer:

Basically an awesome night at a steak house. Drinks in parenthesis.

Appetizer: Raw Oysters, Chilled Lobster and Dungeness Crab (Cristal Rose)
Salad: Wedge salad with roquefort (Paradise Tropical Iced Tea and Mountain Valley Spring Water)
Steak: Dry aged Bone-in Ribeye, medium rare (Macallan 25, neat)
Side: Creamed spinach
Dessert: Banana Foster for dessert (espresso)

I rarely switch it up after I've found something that I like at a restaurant.

Perfect. I've always wanted to grill a tomahawk. One of these days.

OTOH, check this out...

You won’t regret it

Damn, you’re a lucky man if you’ve jumped out of a plane without a rip cord twice and lived to talk about it.

Maybe the plane was on the ground

Yeah, something like that. She makes it so good. I just know how to grill. Love my steak with the fat on the meat.

Not soy sauce.
I like my steak charred medium rare with the fat still on the steak but burned black. I also like a steak that's grilled with the bone still attached. The only seasoning I want is a healthy dose of salt applied half an hour before grilling. Side dish for me always includes a baked potato with butter, sour cream and because my wife doesn't want to buy chives, we use minced green onion. Ideal dessert with that would be Cherries Jubilee. Other side dishes might include grilled asparagus tips but never overcooked. This must be washed down with a quality dry red wine. Sometimes I precede this dinner with an ice cold beer.

Favorite breakfast only happens on dialysis days. Hash browns, with embedded chunks of jalapeno, fried crisp along the outer edges. Bacon fried crisp. One egg lightly fried over easy on top of the hash browns. One English muffin toasted as crisp as possible with butter and raspberry jam. Tall glass of lots of pulp orange juice poured into a frozen glass. Half to take a special potassium binder with the orange juice and hash browns. Hash brown potatoes are peeled and soaked over night and then boiled for two minutes, drain water and shred for making hash browns. This treatment with water removes some of the potassium. I also take a phosphorous binder with each meal. Take other pills too but no need to go into those. Oh, nearly forgot, every breakfast begins with oatmeal and two slices of canned peaches.
I skip lunch.
Typical dinners are arrived at with much haggling with my wife because neither of us can think of what to eat for dinner. They vary widely.

Breakfast:
Super fluffy biscuits and sausage gravy topped with a healthy amount of tabasco

Lunch:
Carnitas street tacos, chips and super spicy tomato salsa

Dinner:
Spicy lamb vindaloo, garlic naan, raita, paneer pakora, mint chutney
No Pepto Bismo for stomach relief?

Fortunately, it's not your last breakfast. It appears, you eat well.

Do we get snacks? My mid morning snack is a genuine Jewish bagel with cream cheese and lox. My mid afternoon snack an assortment of my best cookies. A large pot of tea with meals and snacks. Just before the world ends at midnight, a pint of caramel chocolate gelato and a kahlua and cream.

But could you eat a ‘74 Barracuda?

I didn't even know that was a thing. However, I am of the stature that gets upsold in-house eating contests at bars and restaurants regularly though, so who knows.

What is the difference between a bagel and a genuine Jewish bagel?

I prefer my bacon on that indistinct line where it is both chewy and crispy

A lot of commercially available bagels are not made in traditional manner.

Chicken Makhani I love it!!

God I miss Bombay Cricket Club. Best butter chicken I've ever had.

LOL

I meant going skydiving being strapped onto a real expert that does all the work. But if it's going to be my last day on earth, I'd like jumping out of an airplane by myself without a parachute to be among my options as my last act.

Well, you know what they say. It's not the fall that kills you, its the sudden stop

Yeah, it's a very rich dish but so good! Chicken vindaloo is also great, which I noticed you had in your dinner slot.
