</div>You're a pretty big kid, but I'd still be careful with throwing it, I wouldn't use it too much unless you can throw it continuously without any pain in your elbow or shoulder. I would still suggest not throwing it because it's the kind of thing that will F*ck you up a few years down the road, especially if you're still growing which I'm sure you are.
