I still want to know how someone accidentally swallows 10 pills, I can accidentally not wear a rubber or accidentally not pull out but when I take more than 2 pills I'd think I'd question myself before the 3rd one let alone 10.

Move over, Vanessa Hudgens. There's a new naughty Disney girl - and she's not taking her scandal laying down.

Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon is gearing up for a lawsuit after naked photos of herself popped up online.

"It's not a scenario where she purposedly leaked the photos for attention," Bailon's rep Jonathan Jaxson told the Daily News on Monday. "We're pursuing legal action."

TMZ has also reported an interesting twist in the Adrienne Bailon photo scandal, with the performers record label received an anonymous phone call from a man saying he would return the device for $1,000. The laptop was later returned.

Which Saint Pooped On The Owner's Car?​

Here’s one from a reliable source that, frankly, is too weird to be fabricated.

Saints owner Tom Benson owns various car dealerships. We’re told that, each year, he brings a mini-fleet of new cars to the team facility in the hopes of getting some of his employees to make a purchase.

As we hear it, the players don’t really appreciate the sales pitch, due in part to the perception that they aren’t offered much of a deal.

This year, some of them made it known.

On Saturday, when players arrived at the facility to continue preparations for Monday night’s home game against the Packers, more than one of the cars was coated in a certain byproduct of the human digestive system.

So much for that new car smell.

It’s believed that two or more players were responsible for the mess, but we’ve yet to confirm the names of the suspects.

Multiple sources tell us that Giants receiver Plaxico Burress has shot himself in the leg.

Apparently, Burress was carrying a loaded gun. And the gun went off.

The incident happened on Friday night/Saturday morning. His condition currently isn’t known.

Jay Glazer of FOXSports.com also is reporting this one, and he’ll soon have a story up with additional details.

Though at this point the player’s health and well being is the primary concern, what the hell was he doing with a loaded gun?

It also remains to be seen whether he faces charges for carrying the loaded gun, and whether he ultimately encounters scrutiny from the league for violating the Personal Conduct Policy.

Liaoning Hunters have waived to sign up former NBA player Vin Baker for their Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league campaign due to physical concerns, the Chinese club announced on Thursday. "Baker is an experienced player, but he isn't physically fit enough to play in the CBA league," said Hunters head coach Guo Shiqiang.

"We're going to have a long and competitive new season. It is too much for a 37-year-old veteran," he added. Baker, who averaged 15.1 points in his 13-year NBA career, appeared in four consecutive All-Star Games and played for the United States at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. The 2.12m forward played for several NBA teams before he was released by the Minnesota Timber wolves in 2006 for alcoholism.

Baker had a two-day trial at the Hunters after he arrived in Yingkou, Liaoning Province, on November 30. Despite his superb skills and accurate shooting, his physical condition let the Liaoning club down. "His body doesn't allow him to play a 50-game season. He had to take a rest in a five-to-five game. We are regretful he cannot play with us," Guo said. The Hunters, last-season's runners-up, are desperate to find a replacement for Tommy Smith, who was sacked for poor performance in the opening rounds of this season.

We know this because young Lizzy was so excited about her conquest she texted her friend, except it wasn’t her friend, she had accidentally texted her dad. Class trip finished. Cue a slap to the forehead and wide spread humiliation on the interwebs.
