Youth training Facilitys

Well earlier this week I posted my Inter team who dont have alot of good young players so I have to buy I went to the board room and request that the youth training facilities be improved and the board accept and I was wondering does it mean that my youth players will possibly become better through having better facilities?

Yeah thats exactly what It means.. this will only affect youngsters coming through from the camp though, it wont affect youngsters in your current squad.
