You couldn't be more wrong. This is obviously a bad thing for a team with as small of a roster we have. Wenyen proved two things, he can play and he can foul faster than Zach. If Zach were back then we would still play both Hassan (obviously) and Wenyen... we actually would have had some depth in the front court.
I totally agree with you. That said, the Blazers are playing with house money from here on out as far as this season's playoffs go. Nobody gave them much of a chance to make the playoffs, let alone be up 1-0 on the Lakers to start the series. The most important thing for the team is to remember that next season is only a few months away. They shouldn't make the mistake of rushing him back.
