he's balding. you said to shave it off if you're balding. he looks more like a vato.

I'm not sure what him not being or being white really matters here. It's just a red herring.

Because the white man has long held down the black man!

i bet this pink skinned cracka Zimmerman smells like bologna.

and that changes how he killed someone...how?

all it sounds like it someone trying to make some kind of point (mocking some made up point).

"Hate crime", wasn't that what this was called just last week in Congress?

yes. damn the laws and damn double jeopardy! we must make an example of this racist hate crime!

racism requires power, therefore only whites can be racist.

I can't tell if you're sarcastically trying to mock a stance that you believe someone holds, or you actually believe that to be true.

Black German/ Jew with the last name Zimmerman? No.

How about a black American jew with the last name Davis?

[video=youtube;0hm_XkKUGxU]

As an African American, Davis was the victim of racism throughout his life, and was a large financial supporter of civil rights causes. Davis had a complex relationship with the African-American community, and attracted criticism after physically embracing Richard Nixon in 1970. One day on a golf course with Jack Benny, he was asked what his handicap was. "Handicap?" he asked. "Talk about handicap – I'm a one-eyed Negro Jew."

He isn't Mexican, but I guess they all look alike, right?

Wasn't saying he was Mexican. I asked you if Mexicans can commit hate crimes, since you (and others) seem hell bent on saying he's not white.

It's pretty simple, Julius. White Power, baby!!! Whoooo!!!!

Blame the beaners!!!!

He hired a good attorney from what I heard. It'll be interesting to see the law interpreted in different ways here as far as "stand your ground" is concerned. Most of the evidence seems to be circumstantial.

silly to suggest that the public is privy to all the relevant details that led authorities to charge him. Reportedly GZ is getting lots of donations towards his defense from gun advocate types via his website, so I'm not surprised he's affording top representation. I wonder what happens to monies raised that he doesn't spend on his defense. Pretty likely a Civil case (with it's lower bar of guilt) will follow.

Unless Zimmerman cops a plea, look for this to drag out forever. Hopefully they'll get to the truth and justice will be correctly served. I'm also hopeful that the public can finally have a non-hysterical discussion on gun laws including the vigilante/stand your ground laws being interjected nationally via ALEC.

apparently, the defense is entitled to go pre-trial to a judge and argue that he is covered under stand your ground. if the judge finds that he is, Zimmerman is released and is immune from civil action as well.

Don't know about the civil action part, but it's right if a judge decides to give him immunity.

Let me tell you, the things that's about to happen, to these honkeys, these crackers, these pigs, these pink people, these ---- people. It has been long overdue.
