<{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Please once again this is just an example of Frank's lack of youth development.
IMO I think Zoran should never had been pressured to play the back up PG role. I always thought he was better suited coming off the bench to play SG. This is exactly the same situation with M. williams.
Do he not pan out or is this coaching staff really bad at developing young talent?</div>
How many failed Nets draft picks went on to have a successful career in the NBA?
</div>
Most of the players we are discussing in the Frank coaching era are all young so it is too soon to answer that. One thing is for sure I didnt think Zoran was that bad. He like many players Frank coachs are always put into a positon to fail. Wright got a contract extension with dallas, so he must be doing something right. No pun intended. Isnt Adams on the Raps. GS wanted M. Will. So we shall see what happenes to these three and if frank gets his way S. Will. If they become serviceable would that answer your question?
I could answer your question by saying Korver but he didnt even have a change to not get Playing time with Frank.

Marcus Williams and Hassan Adams haven't done anything yet. You can't even include them.
Sean was given plenty of chances, but didn't take advantage of every chance...and it got to the point where he wasn't conditioned enough to handle the full season, and what he did on the court was a reflection of that.
Wright is doing the same things in Dallas that he did on the Nets. It isn't our fault he sucks.
And Zoran didn't do much of anything on the Nets. Maybe he just wasn't made for the NBA - similar to Carlos Arroyo, Sarunas Jasikevicius, and Spanoulis in a way. They thrive in the international game, but just can't get used to the NBA game.
</div>
So I guess for you there isnt anything called rookie. I dont get this reasoning. As far as his conditioning that is also because he was a "Rookie". They also call it a "Rookie Wall". Everyone in the NBA gets a pass in their rookie year, but I guess for us it is unacceptable.
Wright will be a bench player. Zoran will be an European player. Arroyo and Sarunas are better players then some we have drafted.
Thorn has said it publicly that
they have really done a bad job at player development.
