What the hell was Frank thinking when he chose not to foul with 38 seconds on the clock and the Nets down by 4 with Detroit inbounding?? That really pissed me off...if they could not get the steal in the first 3 or 4 seconds of the clock, you have to foul there- i do not understand that decision...
