Also, for stocks I get some at professional photographers' sites. Some at google too. Just google search whatever you are looking for and find a good one.
Multicoloring is simple. Use a lot of gradients and different color balance layers and it can give you good 2 color sigs. Also as KKESPN said use some different color brushing in there on overlay to spice up certain parts of the sig.
