GK6, I'm curious as to what your thinking is right now with 3 players, 2 of which are SG's.
 
I'm thinking that Bell is going to come off the bench. There are plenty of players left that fit with Iverson and Dirk.

Yup, it's as a great inside/outside combo. Your thoughts are irrelevant, so you might as well shut your computer off and think about how I own your teams every year.

Reminds me of the Pistons, though I'd probably say Bosh is an upgrade over Sheed. Maybe not a couple years ago tho.
 
Last I checked, Bosh and Collison were both power forwards who are regularly forced to play centers by their current teams in the NBA.

Both seem too small and would get owned (I'm talking 30 point owned) by the big fat 7 foot scorers of the league

Well, it's sorta like Orlando, but with better defenders, and a natural PF:

C - Dwight Howard
PF - Drew Goodens
SF- No.
SG - Joe Johnson
PG - Jameer Nelson

Because Joe Johnson and Drew Gooden are better defenders than Hedo Turkoglu and Rashard Lewis.

Actually, I don't even know who my other wing is gonna be, or if JJ is gonna play SF or SG. So I might have to compare JJ to Evans...which I'm not sure he's better.

Still, with a natural PF with good defense and rebounding, should be a bit better
 
Gooden and Lewis both suck on defense. At least Gooden is a big man with some girth though.

I dunno, I happen to like Gooden's defense. Just my opinion, though.
 
I'm not liking the Nelson pick. He was one of the better PG's left, but I don't think thats saying much.

Didn't Howard want them to get another PG (the one he played with in high school or whatever) because he wants a guy who can actually feed him the ball?

Drew Gooden is a total failure. He has a decent baseline jumper and he'll occasionally rebound. That's it. Horrible player. Good defense my ass.

Well, he didn't accept my application to be in his posse, so screw him!
 
You're forgetting that he's also a very talented hip hop artist.

Gooden put up 14.6 and 9.3 boards in 31 MPG for the Bulls. 1.7 BPG, too.

His defense is average, not horrible.

He may end up playing a lot of C for the Bulls this coming season.

You impugn Hedo's defense? What stats can I use to disprove this, since I didn't get to watch Orlando last year and can't simply say he's a better defender? (His 82games defensive stats, btw, seem to better than, say, Caron Butlers.)

Well, he does have Dwight Howard in the middle. And Caron Butler has...Brendan Haywood.
 
Brendon Haywood is a decent center.

Hedo plays good defense. He always has. He's not a lockdown guy, but he's smart and manages to stay in front of his man.

Hedo+Lewis >>>>>>>>> JJ+Gooden in every way, especially in a lineup with a center like Howard.
