on ESPN right now. Ryan Mallett looked pretty good in the QB accuracy challenge. Jake Locker looked pretty poor--terrible footwork. I know these things don't mean anything, but if I were a GM, I'd be very heitant to draft that dude.

Just watched Von Miller destroy the obstacle course. Dude is very impressive physically. Strong, quick, great balance & endurance. Seems to have a really good motor.

FWIW, Locker performed quite a bit better throwing in the WR hands challenge. Hit Austin Pettis in stride pretty consistently.

I didn't watch this event; were those accuracy tests done stationary? Mallett's accuracy is fantastic when he stands in place...his problem is that his accuracy evaporates when he's forced to move around, because his mechanics break down. He'll probably test out as the most accurate quarterback on a practice field or in a combine, but he doesn't have the necessary on-the-move accuracy for the NFL at this point in time. NFL defenses can force a quarterback to move and he'll have no impact if he can't beat defenses while moving.

They had to move between stations, but they were able to completely set their feet before throwing. So I agree, not necessarily the most relevant test in terms of NFL ability.
