Royce White can ball

He's got a little Anthony Mason razzle dazzle in his game.

Royce White is a Spurs pick if ever I saw one. But then again (as I said in another thread), he really needs to go to an East Coast team where he can take the bus as much as possible. Unless his team uses the ol' BA Baracas tricks:

Kyle O'quinn as a late 1st early second IMO is loking as a very attractive pick for a backup PF/C. His standing reach was right at the top of the all the guys measured and was only 2 inches shorter than Drummonds huge 7' 6.25" wingspan. Also his ATHLETIC ability, which was a knock/concern seems pretty darn solid with a 30.5 standing vert which was in the upper tier of the bigs, also his lane agility time was very good for a big. He has a good motor as well. This guy IMO later in the draft could be a great pickup

I'm just going to wait and watch the frigging draft.

He's going to have to get over that fear either way so I don't think it really matters where he gets drafted.

I'm just glad the team is doing their diligence. It sure sounds like they are interviewing a working out all the right candidates. Also, interesting that we had trouble in the past with players working out for us if they thought they would go higher. This year, so far, it sounds like everyone is willing to work out. If they make a wrong pick it won't be for lack of information.

he has to know that hes going to have to deal with it, i mean im sure he is saying that it was overblown, or not a big deal, but if it is, they would likely be able to void his contract

Workout test. I would be tempted to add an extra element to player workouts. Put them in 3 on 3 or something similar, and have a ref there who calls cheap or wrong fouls on them and see how they respond.

i like it!

maybe have someone pose as the owner and have them heckle after every missed shot too, or better yet, have all of their ex girlfriends there talking shit

Chris Littman: More from @Chad Ford on the #Bobcats: Says Michael Jordan "isn't sold on Kidd-Gilchrist." about 5 minutes ago

Interesting. When players fall from their expected draft positions, it always creates chaos. This could be something to watch.

I still don't know why anyone is sold on him?

I like his potential. If I'm the Bobcats, I'm sold on nobody right now, and I'm exploring every option/player. That's what you do when you're the worst team in the league, by far.

But as I said, to me, it's simply interesting because as players fall from their expected draft positions, it always creates some chaos over the next several picks.

lol, based on his draft record\player evaluations, I would consider that a positive endorsement....

I could see MKG being very effective if you want to run and put Batum at the 2. I like his leadership, but I'm not sure he would look good in a slow half court offense.

Batum at the 2 isn't a great fit. I think MKG could play the SG spot like Iguodala.

Why? That's where he plays on the French team. And he was quite successful playing there next to Wallace in some games.

Derrick Rose, John Wall, Brandon Knight, Eric Bledsoe, DeMarcus Cousins, Marcus Camby, to name a few, are solid NBA players.

Tyreke Evans' best season was his rookie year; NBA coaching seems to have hampered his game.

Kind of an odd criticism, IMO. Is there a college coach who has put out more solid NBA players since Derrick Rose entered the NBA?

Had no idea Camby went to Kentucky. Was he there before UMass?
