Someone mentioned this recently here, but man, am I glad we have that NJ pick. The draft would be seriously boring if we didn't get that.

Good work, lotto Gods. Good work, Buchanan.

My feeling is that you can't pass on Drummond, but MAN Lillard is a cool cat. Hearing him talk about Derick Rose as his favorite player makes me think this is honk once honk twice all over again. fffff uck I'm glad I'm not Neil Oshley

D. Rose is my favorite player outside the Blazers...

Sounds like the Warriors pick could be had for the #11 -- West wants Zeller.

Hell yeah! Give them a 2nd rounder and some cash. Zeller will be there at #11 (if GSW doesn't take him at 7). So no point for them not to take that. Plus, they'll save money on the draft slotting.

Houston is batshit crazy for Drummond, so I think they will get a deal done with Sac at #5 for him. That would leave us with the choice of 1 of Beal, Barnes, MKG, Robinson, or stay with Lillard. Personally if they are hell bent on Lillard, I would take whichever of those four fall to #6 and trade #11 and whatever else I needed to get to #7 and get Lillard

Operation prevent Houston from getting the assets for Dwight Howard.

Get that #5 pick!

How does Lillard compare to Westbrook/Rose combine wise? Sure someone has broken this down

They're trying to get the #8 and #5 picks for their package.

Late lotto/mid-first and Delembert for a high lotto pick is fucking insulting.

I know what they are trying to do. I see no way they can get both picks unless Toronto let's them have #8 for Lowry and Sac let's them have #5 for #14 and #16

I've read the Howard rumors but haven't seen anything substantial on their Drummond "batshit" interest, where are U getting that from?

Lowry and 16 for 8, 14 and Dalembert for 5 and Salmons?

Here's some quick paint work.

11 and Crawford or Matthews for 5 and Salmons seems like better for everyone involved.
certainly for us.
Depends for them on who they are trading back for, and whether the difference between paying only a million for Dalembert, or 5-6 for Crawford/Matthews is worth the risk of 11-14.

Awesome thanks, pretty damn close to Rose. Not that I expect him to be that explosive, but he's got a money jumper like Westbrook so he could be very similar to both.

Although he shoots it at a good %, his release is a bit low. It needs work.

If we do pick him, I hope we get a legit shooting coach to work on his release. Just don't want a repeat of what happened when our coaches tried to fix Bayless' shot and fucked it up completely instead.

LOL you will have to show me how you did that. Would have saved me so much time

haha. Print scree --> paint --> crop tool. I'm putting together figures for my paper on there, so I've gotten quick with it.

Lol yea, Bayless was a complete fail if you compare how well he shot it in college.

Just for giggles, anyone compare PJIII to Aldridge at their respective combines?

PJII first; Aldridge second

Height: 6'11.25"; 6'11.25"
Weight: 234; 234
Wing: 7'2"; 7'5"
Reach: 8'11"; 9'2"
jump: 33"; 26"
running jump: 39"; 34"
bench: 11; 8
agility: 11.31; 12.02
sprint: 3.19; 3.43
body fat: 4.6; 8.7 (wow)

So, compared to LMA, PJIII has shorter arms, is stronger, leaner, jumps much higher, is more agile, and runs the sprint much faster. This surprised me.

Their stats in college are very comparable as well.
