LOL. Not that I could tell her from a rhutabaga before her 'incident', but as I understand it, she was accused of using "the term" with her staff in derogatory manner. More than once. Being as she's from the old south, old habits die hard, I guess. Her judgement was swift and final. I don't fault her employers/advertisers for looking out for their best interest. But in reporting all of this, I don't think I saw a single instance where the folks doing the reporting used the actual word she is accused of using. Did they? I'd be surprised if they did. And a little relieved that the oppression is lifting, even if just a little.
