It's a great move. Spurs exposed that weakness last season. At least you have someone to keep them honest now.

Yao was listed at 7'6". Standing next to Ralph Sampson, listed at 7'4", he does look much taller. Or they lied about Sampson's true height.

Bucks have waived Gustavo Ayon. He's a better Big than Freeland (was better in ACB, has been better in the NBA). Worth our 15th roster spot? I'd rather have Ekpe Udoh, but I guess now the Bucks are more likely to keep him.

That WAS a fat extension for Mozgov. I figured he would get a 2 year deal at 3.5 MIL a year. But 3 years at 14 MIL? We had no chance (not that I thought we really did).

They spend their cap space on another backup PF. Oh yeah and their second best player had ACL surgery so he is likely out for the bulk of the season. I have no idea how people are penciling this team in for the playoffs, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re one of the worst teams in the west.

I doubt we make a play for him (we seem intent on keeping our last spot open after waiving T. Harris) but we do have like 1.1 MIL free if I am remembering correctly plus the 2.5 MIL exception (which I don't think comes into play here?).

The problem with Denver begins with their front office. Kroenke's son was given the keys to the franchise and is making Bert Kolde-like decisions. Letting Ujiri go to Toronto was a terrible decision.

...except they've just turned around and signed a Ukrainian center. I thought I knew a little EuroHoops, but I'd never heard of the guy. So: can we have Ekpe Udoh NOW? (Do we have any cap space left to absorb him?)
