I've posted the next two game threads. After that I don't know. I don't know if I can keep expending all of this energy and wasting free time when I'm putting more effort on these threads than the team is on the court.

Next FAMS up! I expected 32 wins….. so, Let’s go!

Not sure we will even get there. Might have to go on a run once everyone is healthy.

We seem to be on a down hill trajectory
first off...thanks for all the work you do on game threads. It must take a ton of time as you mentioned. If you want to bow-out for a while or for good, you deserve the time-off. Other people can pick up the slack, and honestly, all it would take is a thread title allowing others to update availability and injuries

as for the down-hill trajectory, I don't think that is happening unless you got suckered by a fast start with more home games than road games and surprise wins over Denver and an injured OKC team. Portland had played 7 of 8 games in the Pacific time zone, 5 of 8 at the Moda, and had faced teams without a lot of their best players while going 3-1 in one-possession games. Overachieving by circumstance

they just got introduced to life on the road. The schedule over the next 11 games doesn't get much easier either. 9 of 11 games are against teams with winning records; a 10th game against the 6-6 Bulls; and the last game against a out-of-sync but dangerous Memphis team

but after that, the Blazers have a 28 game stretch when they play 19 games at home and only 9 on the road. They can make a lot of hay in that in that 7 week stretch

I takes a good chunk of time. I'll probably keep making them. Just felt burnt out yesterday after both my teams lost.

It's been a tough schedule to start and yeah it's not looking much better any time soon. We are going to be headed down the latter these next 11 games at least. Especially with all of our injuries. Hopefully, they don't keep adding up and we get guys back.

We'll maybe have Scoot back after those next 11 games, but Tissue and Wesley will remain out probably till early next year. This team can't handle being shorthanded. That along with the coaching business is sinking this team.

I certainly think once everyone (minus Dane who won't be back this season) is back the Blazers can go on a hot streak. We will see.

Hey, CC won the vote straight up to take over the Game Threads from me….. step up FAMS! It’s a tough, thankless job, but he knew that going in. We all know my winning % when I made ‘em. Keep that in mind when the mid terms election comes back around.

Well, I doubt anyone would judge you for not doing them. Also, I have always appreciated the art, formality, and condensed information you provide with these. I have neither the skills, nor the programs. That said, try a super condensed version. If not, you are appreciated regardless.

The only programs I use are remove.bg and meme generator. Most of what I do goes through this forum and saved photos on my phone. I do it all from my phone.

Getting all the players photos and information for injuries, Game Notes etc, takes the most time. I have been working on cutting the time it takes by doing things in a different order, etc.

Couldn't do it condensed. If I do it, I don't right.

I plan on keeping doing it. Just had a real bad day.

That's the worst Dame impression I've ever seen.
I looked at my wife and went...um wut? Dude was tired. He been burning that candle.
I was even more disappointed in the three that SS took late. I like that he is stepping into the game beast mode, but don't take a shot off balance with the game that close.

This teams MO needs more depth. We ain't got the depth right now against teams that are willing to match us step for step....especially if the opponent is shooting well.

You do it for US, not for the team. And we really appreciate it! Also we have a great fear of what would happen if @THE HCP started doing it!

I hope the NBA gets enough pushback to where they change the east coast game to 4 and the west coast to 7.
I think they still have 4pm PT games (7pm ET) - they just now want the 8pm PT games as that gives them a bigger 4 hours window of start times.

I'm fine with it for national TV games. Loved it when I was at east coast bars and west coast games would still be on for basically the whole night way after midnight. Trying to be a bit healthier now so I'll just have to watch those Blazer games the next day.

We knew this in September, though right? When we saw the accumulation of talent. Which is why they’re expected to win low 30s number of games. This should not be a surprise to anybody.

Im calling him Tissue from now on!
