Aldridge Wins Pro Athlete of the Year at Oregon Sports Awards

Aldridge averaged 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.0 blocks despite playing for much of the season with a torn ligament in his left thumb. Despite the injury, not to mention those suffered by Wesley Matthews, Robin Lopez and Dorell Wright, Aldridge lead Portland to a 51-31 record, making it the second-consecutive season and the fourth time in his career that the Trail Blazers have eclipsed the 50-win mark.

Being named the Harry Glickman Professional Athlete of the Year caps off an impressive year in terms of individual accolades for Aldridge. He was voted in by the Western Conference coaches to his fourth-consecutive All-Star game, was named second-team All-NBA and moved into first place on the all-time franchise ledger in total rebounds and defensive rebounds. He also moved into second in points and field goals, third in minutes played, free throws and offensive rebounds and fourth in games and blocks.

Oh hey..

I was told he sold his award, and was hoping to get one in Dallas

No, it's still there in his front yard under the For Sale sign. I drove by today. Canzano pays me so he won't have to show his face in public.

That's because Joey Crawford told Canzano that people were threatening him thinking he was Canzano.
