The police report is kind of interesting. The girlfriend says she threw a TV remote at Clark and then he restrained her on the bed, then she bit him on the nose while he was restraining her, then he punched her in the face. Of course other witnesses have other versions. Tough to know what to believe actually happened there, but seems hard to say that he didn't punch her. Seems to me that they both were physical with one another and he was drunk and clocked her. It would be more honest if they would just say that he made a horrible mistake and that he has learned from it, then to try to claim that he didn't hit her. However, earlier (like last draft or the draft before), John Schneider said that they would never draft anyone who had assaulted a woman. Then they kick the tires on Greg Hardy and draft Frank Clark.
