Well.... they traded for Rose.

Jennings sucks. He barely played off the Magic bench.

Noah is washed up. He was constantly injured last season.

Lee was a joke last season. He barely played for the Celtics.

Are those guys supposed to be big signings?

Not big signing...and of course they traded for Rose....during this free agency period. It just the level of activity and accomplishment versus activity and little accomplishment.

That lineup wins the championship in 2010.

And it looks like we are losing.... Kaman an Roberts is all. I seriously look around at all the signings and I don't see a lot of teams outside of GSW that got significantly better, maybe Boston and Memphis, but a lot of teams got worse.

OKC got better?

And he was insulted by $10mil a year from the heat so would take $3mil from the Cavs? Ok got it.

Aren't we losing Henderson?

We can't assume we'll repeat last season's success by standing pat. That was pretty remarkable, and we had good luck with health. But then again, it's possible we see significant improvement in... well, Vonleh, I guess.

If wade somehow got to cleveland..... holy shit. They would be my 2nd favorite team next year just because id want to see them own golden state.

At this point we don't have to lose Henderson unless we need his Cap hold gone to sign someone. He is an UFA and aparently Portland is interested in bringing him back.

Really!? Maybe if we lost Crabbe, but SOMEBODY has to go to make room for Turner.

Seth Curry goes to DAL. They can actually now run a lineup with Curry-Barnes-Bogut.

Just need Gerald Green and Tristan Thompson to recreate the lineup.

smh

I would be okay with taking a flyer on Dewayne Dedmon at this point. Similar skillset to Biyombo for a lot less money.

I'd be excited about him. He's fluid enough you could play him with Leonard. Basically he'd stay in the most mixing it up and occasional elbow pick n rolls on offense while Meyers played the pick n pop game at the 3 point line on the opposite side. On defense Dedmon could play the quicker of the 2 bigs and it wouldn't hurt as much for him to get drawn to the perimeter, which would probably mitigate some of his lack of discipline getting baited into help defense anyways. (and freeing him up to crash D rebounds while Meyers boxed out)

I actually think adding Turner can make our offense hum this year, as it should mean less Aminu handling the ball and we'll always have two ball handlers on the court, so Plumlee becomes far less valuable. Sure hoping we find a way to deal him.

Moving pieces would have to be involved (maybe trading Kevin Love for Millsap, that saves a little money, then find teams willing to take Shumpert and Frye), maybe Wade could agree to a 2/36 with them.

How about:
Love to Boston
Frye and Amir Johnson to Portland
Aminu to Cleveland

Boston could give us and Cleveland each a pick. Weird spot for Boston and Cleveland to help each other, but I don't think we should mind helping eastern teams at all. If the pick is decent that's what we're in it for.

Dedmon makes too much sense, it will never happen. Cheap shot blocking and rebounding from a legit 7 footer that can box out? Neil is working the phones seeing if we can sign Lance Stephenson or some insane move.

I think I'd rather have Aminu.
