Have to have an even number of teams to setup draft time I believe.

We have 13 at the moment.

Edit: It did allow me to set draft. This Sunday I thought? Or is it next Sunday the 22nd? The Regular season starts on the 17th.

You don't have to respond if you want to stay in. Just chime in if you are ok with taking the year off as well. The other option is to add someone in his place but I would prefer 12 teams as well personally.
