If CJ was on the Warriors would he score more? Less? He’d be “more open” but he’d be sharing scoring with a bunch of all stars. The pointless argument goes round and round. I judge based on my own two eyes. Not saying I’m right but I would take Klay over CJ due to defense and size. And he’s an elite shooter.

If CJ were on the Warriors, Durant, Curry, Klay and anyone else that wanted to shoot would score less. CJ would still get his.

But if he’s on a bad team it’s a bad team. How does one guy make a team win like Love in MN. So he scored a gazilion points and fans are like “of course nobody on the team is any good he has to score”. Then they say “He can’t help them win more games” Its crazy. Is the team bad or good but losing anyway?
So bad teams haven't been carried by one good player before? Lebron took some pretty bad teams to the finals. Dame has carried some bad teams to the playoffs. Wade carried some bad Miami teams to the playoffs. It happens quite frequently where a guy is so good he gives his team a chance to win on almost any night. Some guys aren't that though, they get their stats on bad teams, but it doesn't do much in terms of wins and losses. I'm not making the claim that oh KL scored a bunch because no one else is any good and he had to score. I'm making the claim that KL wasn't good enough to put his teams in position to win on a nightly basis, superstars can get you there pretty regularly. KL wasn't a superstar.

In how it pertains to Klay vs CJ. The defense's play Klay straight up, every night, they don't key in on him. Defenses key in on CJ on basically a nightly basis. It's not saying Klay sucks, or he only scores so much because of the way the defense plays him. It's saying they're getting completely different looks. Even tonight watch the 14 three's he's not being trapped, he's got one guy guarding him straight up on basically all of them. In fact at least 5 of them were wide freaking open. CJ doesn't get that many open shots. What's crazy is that even after it became obvious they were trying to get him records chicago still never tried to double him or anything. It was just wave at him while he shoots. Part of what makes that seem so freaking good is you literally can't double off anyone or you'll get smoked by guys like Klay. It's not a knock on Klay.

Wow. Luka Doncic put up 31 points, 8 rebounds and four assists.... Shit. I didn't think he'd adapt that fast. He isn't the greatest athlete in the world.

I'm still pissed at Atlanta and the Kings for fucking it up and letting Dallas get Luka. First Dirk now Luka. Not fair.

That's a little premature, since his career is 7 games old. But LeBron averaged over 20, 5.9 and 5.5 as a rookie. the difference being that Lebron TURNED 19 as a rookie, this guy will turn 20 as a rookie.
You beat me to it. Jordan turned 21 in February of his rookie year but he averaged 28.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 5.9 assists.

Those are the only two people I've looked up and they both did it.

But what about Zach Collins? Im sorry I felt obligated too, cause ya know Im a hater lol.

The Donkey is for real. He has fantastic court vision. Love how he handles the rock.

They must not have gotten that memo I sent over.

"Hey assholes. Don'g let Dallas pick up generation European big man -- twice in a row."

"Also, Baba Booey! Baba Bboey!"

I remember sending it over to Vlade on his smoking break....

It's such a selective statement. It's like saying "Zach Collins scored 17 points last night. No second year player from Gonzaga had ever scored 17 points at Indiana after playing Miami two days before.".

Well maybe not this extreme but still. Season is 7 games old.

So it's not James Harden, he still a great Player. I see a lot of James Harden in Luka

Reminds me of Joe Ingles.

Rick Pitino wants to coach the cavs

Mavs have to realise Doncic is their best player and should be primary ball-handler.
