Wow. Luka Doncic put up 31 points, 8 rebounds and four assists.... Shit. I didn't think he'd adapt that fast. He isn't the greatest athlete in the world.

Did anyone notice the amount of empty seats? Seems off for San Antonio.

Also, I felt like everyone was playing in slow motion.

San Antonio's slow motion cost me $1.5K last weekend (possible winnings from a $20 bet if Lakers over 107.5 came through). They held Lakers to 18 points in the final 15 minutes of that game, 2 more and I'm golden.

Mavs are must see TV. I wish we had Luka. He will probably be lifer in Dallas unless he goes to Lakers at some point. Man, he’d be great in NYC. Just what they need.

How.... They're nothing alike..
I think it's a great comparison. He's tall and can run the floor, good skills/speed and killer shot. People are really focusing on Lukas unathleticness. I really think it's unfair. He's so good

Budenholzer is the guy a couple of us were hoping Blazers would get this summer (after firing Stotts): "Monday's victory was, more than anything, a vote of confidence in a potent system based on generating quality looks with unselfish passing. Seven Bucks players finished in double figures..."

He's turned the Bucks around. I have them down as favourites in the East and hope they win because they are super likeable.

Funny how the grass is greener. They're talking about how seven Bucks players finished in double figures Monday night...7 Blazers did last night (and they scored 21 fewer points).

For the season, the Bucks have 5 players averaging double figure, the Blazers have 6.

The Blazers are still low on the assists though.

From what I have seen, it seems like there has been a lot of empty seats in quite a few arenas so far this season. Everyone is still thinking about the NFL, but I would be curious to know if attendance is down.

Bro! What is going on with your phone? Every tweet or pic you post is like 25X bigger than anybody on here? You got some kinda turbo internet over there or what?
Haha actually we have the slowest Internet in Europe, I know that sounds crazy but it is true. Usually i use the Twitter App, that's Why I make Screenshots because i can't copy a Link with the App:D

Having experienced the phone and navigation integration in my wife's previous German car (a VW e-Golf) this actually does not surprise me at all. You guys do a lot of things well, high-tech is not one of them.

I've always liked Bud. Of all the Pop disciples, he's remained truest to his mentor - unselfish passing and solid team defense.

Man - there are no 7 PM PST start games tonight. Dunno the last time I seen that in a regular season format.

But when I post screen shots, they aren’t HUGE like yours. Just was wondering what future type of WiFi you were working with!

If you're addressing my post, that wasn't my argument. But you're telling me that if CJ was on the Warriors, his opportunities wouldn't improve? Or if the Blazers didn't play with such a poor bench (the last two years) and had a legit 3rd threat on offense, that CJ and Damians %'s wouldn't improve?

That's exactly what happened against the Pelicans in the playoffs. The Blazers had zero players who were serious threats on the floor, meaning that the Pelicans were able to double Damian, basically nullifying him. That wouldn't happen if they had a 3rd star on the team.
Honestly it seems like CJ never gets wide open looks from three; he's a good three point shooter but it seems like he's always shooting them under pressure. Same with Dame. On the Warriors they'd be so open it would be like a layup drill. Kind of like the Warriors are now.

WOW

That Jimmy Butler trade is going to shit for Minny, What are they doing? Either this dude is broken physically with all his injuries, or they're stupid as hell.

Big shock to me on that one. Dude went from complete unknown to pre-draft darling to utter obscurity in record time.

Really curious to see if either he or Dragan Bender will get waived. Wouldn't be surprised to see Neil bring one of these dudes in like he did with Wade last year.

In the meantime, Zach LaVine is averaging 28 ppg and congratulations to Kris Dunn for no longer being the worst player involved in that trade:

"The Bulls have exercised their 2019/20 team options on three players, announcing today in a press release that Lauri Markkanen, Kris Dunn, and Denzel Valentine have all had their salaries guaranteed for next season."

Yup, I'll say the same thing I said about Swanigan. If I was a GM I wouldn't decline the 3rd or 4th year options on a 1st round pick unless they were never going to play again or Nolan Smith level bad. The thing is, if they just picked up his option or traded him before today he'd actually have some trade value as I'm sure one team would still like what they saw in draft evaluations and would take a chance on him (same with Bender). Now even if a team does like him still they have to judge whether it's worth it or not since it will be harder to keep him after this season.

Turner, Aminu, and a lottery protected 1st for Butler and Patton.
