The Blazers last played the Thunder in Oklahoma City in Game 4 of the Westeren Conference first round series between the two teams.

The Thunder's two leading scorers (then George and Westbrook) scored a combined 46 points.

The Thunders two leading scorers this season so far are Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (23.8 ppg) and Danilo Gallinari (19.3 ppg) are averaging a combined 48.1 points per game.

The Blazers top two scorers in game 4 of the playoff series were Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum who combined for 51 points. They are Portlands top two scorers this season as well, averaging a combined 54.1 points per game.

Question: Do Lillard and McCollum score a combined over/under or exact amount of points as Gilgeous-Alexander and Gallinari?

Doesn't look like Rick Barry but he along with Wilt Chamberlain are the only two guys I can think of with underhanded free throw styles.
I think it's Rick berry, #24 looks like a warriors jersey? I'm not sure though.

Well, it certainly isn't Chamberlain and it does have a resemblance to Barry and he did play for San Francisco.

Chinanu Onuaku is the only other....

(To the best of my knowledge. I could be wrong.)

He made his NBA debut on December 26, 2016, coming on in the fourth quarter and recording six points and three rebounds in a 131–115 win over the Phoenix Suns. He hit a pair of free throws in the game with his underhanded free-throw action.

And here is a little bit of overlooked/unknown info.....

On September 4, 2018, Onuaku signed with the Portland Trail Blazers.[14] On October 13, 2018, he was waived by the Trail Blazers.

One of the three underhand freethrow shooters, actually was signed briefly by us.
