The Blazers have played the Pelicans twice so far out of a 4 game season series. The Blazers without Lillard lost 115-104 on November 19th.

On December 23rd the Blazers played the Pelicans in Portland and lost 102-94, being held to the lowest points by an opponent all season (The Knicks later hrld Portland to 93).

During the first game Carmelo Anthony in his Blazer debut scored 10 points. In tbe second game he finished with 23 points. That averages out to 16.5 ppg vs New Orleans for Melo.

Question: Will Melo finish with over/under or exactly 16 points vs the Pelicans this time around?
