Herbert, the o-line minus Sewell, and Dye aren’t gonna let this team lose today. Last game at Autzen is a special thing.

as a Duck fan I'd like to think so. I've seen some crazy things happen in the Civil War though. And just last week, some real crazy things happened to both teams. Rivalry games can be a lot more unpredictable

As a Duck fan, I am so excited for Herbert to be in the NFL.

You're going to regret saying that the next time a guy like Braxton Burmeister is the starter.
lol, Taggart screwed that kid up for life didn't he. Refused to run any semblance of an offense, only passed the ball against 7-8db sets and then would scream at him for throwing it into traffic. I was so glad FSU took Taggart...

these are the WR's Darron Thomas and Marcus Mariota had:

Jeff Maehl
Keanan Lowe
Drew Davis Sr.
De'anthony Thomas
Josh Huff
Lavasier Tuinei
Byron Marshall
Dwayne Stanford
Raashan Vaughn
Bralon Addison
Devon Allen
Darren Carrington
Charles Nelson

these are the TE's:

David Paulson
Malachai Lewis
Brandon Williams
Colt Lyerala
Pharoh Brown
Evan Bayliss
Johnny Mundt

these are the RB's:

Lamichael James
Kenjon Barner
De'anthony Thomas
Byron Marshall
Thomas Tyner
Kani Benoit
Royce Freeman
Tony Brooks-James

that was 5 years of the skill positions at Oregon

in overlap, Herbert has had a couple of seasons of Freeman and Benoit at RB. A season of Bayliss and Mundt at TE; 2 seasons of Nelson at WR, and 1 season of Carrington

and he's had Breeland at TE and 1 good season of Dillon Mitchell at WR. That's what he's had

that's it in 4 years. Compare the skill Herbert had to work with vs the skill Thomas and Mariota had to work with. It's about as big a mismatch as you could find. And a QB with mediocre skill support is not going to be all-american. Just won't happen

So basically not much NFL talent for any of them. Freeman has probably been the best pro?

I think your better argument for herbert is that he's had so many different coaches.

iirc, 13 of the guys Thomas/Mariota played with have played in the NFL. Freeman is the only one that Herbert played with unless Carrington made it

Devastating loss for our Ducks last week. Can’t believe this game is on the PAC-12 Network. Ducks should handle the Beavs pretty easily in my opinion, but it has been fun seeing the Beavs win some game this season. #GoDucks
Why is it on the Pac 12 network? WTH. I can't believe it either.

Did they stick or did coaching, their QB’s make them look better than they were?

Wright for the kickoff return TD!

that was an interesting stat: there have been 98 kickoffs returned for TD's in the civil war. That seems real high

The state of Oregon and special teams blunders, name a better duo.
