He might be the best shooter in the draft already shoots out the NBA 3 point line and quick release. He average below 100 on the defensive rating and average over 10 rebounds a game. Comes from small college and right in olshey alley. There 2 teams like this kind of players San Antonio and Utah. We are bringing this kid in for a workout. He got throw him in with the 25th pick too.

So basically Windler is this year’s Kevin Huerter?

His stats are amazing. How is he not in the lottery

Gafford's intriguing, but I think of him a bit as a poor man's Zach Collins. Kind of superfluous for the Blazers.

I'd be a lot more intrigued with someone like Gafford or Fernando if the Blazers had a dedicated big man coach.

Having a SF on the roster who can provide a legit outside threat makes sense. How many years has it been since? Season after season has been ended by teams sending the cavalry at CJ & Dame and letting the rest of the roster fire bricks.

Pretty much since Nic Batum.

I just want to say I have really appreciated this thread. 2 of the guys on my wish list (Kabengele and Windler) are guys I was oblivious to a month ago. While many of you think my apporach to the draft is wrong, I still appreciate what I have learned here.
Your choices are 2 good picks at the 25 and maybe earlier 2nd round I got filling we going to buy a 2nd round pick due there potential in the early part of the 2nd.

Kabengele is gonna work his way into the top 10, I honestly would’ve even be shocked if he ended up at 4 with LA.

No, he's not... He's definitely not going #4 haha
He’s the best big in the draft imo, LA needs a big man desperately. He would fit with LeBron very well offensively, and his length is very nice defensively. I think LA ends up either trading the pick or taking Kabengele/Hunter

You may be right in the end, but I dont think execs view him as highly as you. Definitely not as a top 10 guy.. But hes definitely talented and has a chance to be a Montrezl Harrell type of steal.

That’s how I view him too, like a huge version of Harrell with more range offensively. He would be so perfect next to Collins for us but he won’t be there at 25.

I could see him rising, but not that high. I think the first six are kind of entrenched, although the order might change.

Is this the "What I would do" mock draft or is that the "What I think teams will do" mock draft?
