I didn't realize Capela put up 17/13. Wonder what that would be without Harden.

I hate it though, players get incentives and paid for being allstars the popularity contest of the fans being idiots shouldnt keep a guy from getting paid. It also goes on their resume when considered for the HoF and other honors. I just dont think the fans should get to determine that stuff when they’re obviously NOT paying attention. If fans want to see Rose in the ASG then let fans see Rose in the ASG. The ASG is suppose to be for us.
Take it one step further. You think Dame wouldn't be voted in if he weren't playing in a market like LA, or BOS, or NY? Lonzo Ball? Are you kidding me? That guy is barely a rotation player and he has nearly as many votes as Dame.I hate it though, players get incentives and paid for being allstars the popularity contest of the fans being idiots shouldnt keep a guy from getting paid. This is dead on accurate, I think. My current guess (starters in bold):
Backcourt:
Curry
Harden
Westbrook
Lillard
Derozan
Frontcourt:
Lebron
Durant
Davis
Jokic
George
I'd lean Harris for the 11th spot.
12th spot completely up in the air. Booker, Aldridge, Towns, Gobert, Conley, Capela, Klay and probably others all have an argument,
I drove a woman who is charge of pitching Portland for conventions. She said once we get the new Hyatt, we’ll get an All Star game.Guess the only thing that interests me about all star games right now is the fact that Portland is building a bunch of Hotel/Motel space by the convention center and Moda. Maybe they will get a game some day?

Your forgetting NO every other year.you didn't finish the sentence. She went on to say "after LA has it again, and Vegas, and Phoenix, Seattle, LA again and Vegas again"
most of the league is hovering around 500...we're 9 games over it...Lebron's team has a worse record, so does Aldridge's and quite a few people on the allstar list so farHe'll need to be on a powerhouse to get the recognition that he deserves, not hovering around .500.
So confused about this comment. We were 3rd seed last year, 4th seed at the moment, 10 games over .500 going into our loss to OKC. We should win our next two games which puts us 11 games over .500.Winning is the main factor why it's always an uphill climb for Dame.

Seriously? Records after the selection dont impact the selection because they happen afterwards. Weve always started slow and had a mediocre record at the time of selection. So confused about this comment. That would be really cool. I know a bunch of work is being done and it is expected to open spring of next year. So lets hope.I drove a woman who is charge of pitching Portland for conventions. She said once we get the new Hyatt, we’ll get an All Star game.
Yep. He needs a deep playoff run and another good season then another deep playoff run. Then he will get some love. Not until. It would help to have another big name on the roster so TNT and ESPN aired a few more games.Seriously? Records after the selection dont impact the selection because they happen afterwards. But we aren’t hovering around .500 which was my point.Seriously? Records after the selection dont impact the selection because they happen afterwards. Weve always started slow and had a mediocre record at the time of selection.
What does this year have to do with him getting snubbed a couple years ago...?But we aren’t hovering around .500 which was my point.
Starting to think Mitchell will get in and Westbrook won’t.
