All those restrictions apply to the apron of 138 and having to stay under. We don't need to worry about 132.

Unless, as BRoy stated, we want to stay under the tax.

I'd be surprised if Neil cared much about being over the tax at the moment. There are always ways to get under at the deadline if so inclined.

I'd also consider bringing back Pat Connaughton as a bench guy...he's on the market but what we need is probably a Jeremy Lin pt guard on the bench....if Batum came cheap he'd be serviceable in spot minutes...Connaughton is younger
