Looks like Portland can sign a rookie or someone with one year of experience if they wanted to stay under the tax. I say fuck that and go get someone more proven. Can always dip under with a trade later.

I’d be inclined to sign Shabazz and call it a day. Wait until the deadline to make a consolidation deal and slip under the threshold. I’m still hoping Olshey has something more exciting than that up his sleeve though. I’m a glutton.

Damian Lillard
C.J. McCollum
Jusuf Nurkic
Robert Covington
Zach Collins
Enes Kanter
Anfernee Simons
Nassir Little
Gary Trent Jr.
Harry Giles
Rodney Hood
Derrick Jones Jr.
Carmelo Anthony

yeah, 13. I think minimum is 14?

Elleby - two year deal or Two-Way?
Gabriel - ?

If the Blazers are determined the stay under the tax line, they have to be getting real close right now. Probably room for another minimum deal but not the BAE
Since I got one of my guys Giles I am still lobbying for Shaq Harrison

question, what "type" players can be offered a 2-way, what are the limitations?

Philly now with Embiid, Howard and Bradley at C. That's a lot of beef!

OKC gets a good sized TPE by sending Oubre to GSW. Would they want Whiteside? They just ditched Adams, right?

They have cap room, if they want Hassan, they would just sign him, no need to waste draft pick for a S&T.

Given how many official announcements are coming thru, this was clearly wrong.

Actually, according to this, contracts can be signed at 12:01 pm EST today, which is 9:01 am PST.

“When does NBA free agency start in 2020? NBA free agency will kick off Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. ET. Teams will be permitted to contact free agents or their representatives at that time. Players will be allowed to officially sign contracts with teams starting Nov. 22 at 12:01 p.m. ET.”
