Just for you--done.
You gonna remind me to un-sticky it tomorrow?
One of the 25 other suspect gm's.Neil is a horrible GM.
Yeh, his second tweet saying Blazers might try to get a late first round pick contained just as much inside info. HahaThat's a bold bit of reporting/speculation, there.
It's shocking when I hear a team is trying to get the best roster they can.

Survey says "X....................." Not happening, but if Morey thinks he can get Wiggins,Wiseman & 4 1st for Simmons, then a trade involving Dame would be, Simmons, Harris, Curry, and 10 1st.Really not seeing much out there if Morey is asking that much for Simmons then there’s not much left. I hate to say this but really think Dame gets traded to Philly or NY within the next month.
We can just hope that Dame's mandate changes things this season. We definitely have made a lot of moves and there have rarely if ever been rumors of those deals before they were announced. All I know is every fucking year, around this time, the most successful teams are ALWAYS making moves, taking risks, publically putting feelers out for this player and that. Staying stagnant is death.
And every year, I watch the Blazers either stand pat or make fringe moves that barely move the needle or swap one roster problem for another. It's been going on for DECADES.
I'm so goddamn tired of it.
This franchise is so paralyzed with fear of not being competitive/making the playoffs that the goal is mediocrity and every once in a while they luck into a good draft or two to break into the mid-upper echelon (but never elite) and then back down to an at-best 6-8 seed. Good enough to sell to the fans, not bad enough to take the hit on attendance or merch sales.

I get your frustration...its the league, traditionally 24 of thirty teams are average at best. It was great to see two new teams in the CS and they will be contenders again next year. All I know is every fucking year, around this time, the most successful teams are ALWAYS making moves, taking risks, publically putting feelers out for this player and that. Super Stars have been traded before. I remember Lews deal going down to get him to Lakers. Players are simply assets like preferred stock and there is a shelve life.Let's not turn this into a NeO bashing thread at least til after the draft then whatever -- bash til your heart's content but i have a little faith he will do something maybe not tonight cause IF he does little to nothing and Dame asks out
plain and simple ....
He will be the MOST hated man in Oregon and my advice IF this were to happen get into witness relocation cause fans with pitchforks and other crap will prolly march towards the Blazer offices.
I actually don't want it to be Olshey bashing time until we know if we re-sign Norm or let him walk. If Norm walks we will be worse next season than we were this season and that will be unacceptable. While I'd love to get a big time forward for a CJ package now, that can happen at any time.Let's not turn this into a NeO bashing thread at least til after the draft then whatever -- bash til your heart's content but i have a little faith he will do something maybe not tonight cause IF he does little to nothing and Dame asks out

Why can't poor Rubio ever go to a GOOD team? Has he EVER been in the playoffs? Jesus.
You gotta respect the Lakers' management for swinging big.
