Fox is a fine player, but he's not an All-NBA guy. By this point Simmons was an All-Star and 2nd Team All-NBA, plus getting Defensive team nods. Fox is good, but Simmons is elite and as I often say, a Jump shot away from being an MVP candidate. Fox isn't even top 5 at his position.
