I don't get when when we need a stop, we don't put our best defensive players on the court....

just go watch the lakers or something jesus
He's not wrong, we are a pretty average franchise at best. It's okay to not be rose-colored without people getting defensive/aggressive.

Great ballgame. I can't really be critical of much aside from the Blazers committing too many turnovers in the 4Q. The really bad one was the inbound play off Ant out of bounds after Dame got the charge -- did Justise throw that, it seems like he does something like that every game at least once?

I can’t get over just needing an inbound, and Ant tipping the ball away on a pass not meant for him. Just, horrible BBIQ.

no ones telling him to wear rose colored glasses.... he shits on every player every coach and every decision thats made by the blazers. I am just over seeing it thats all.

lol followed by josh running into dame while trying to crash the glass when he was supposed to space

were you not watching?

dame took a charge the play prior. justise made two brutal defensive errors to finish.

That was one play. If you think Dame is one of our 5 defensive players to be on the court, then we will just agree to disagree.

I agree with Lamar. All that matters tonight is Dame's record.

Congratulations! And congrats to all of us who watched this moment in Blazer history! So cool.

Ball got to the sideline to SGA, why would Eubanks going for a rebound instead of double team SGA in the corner?

Th Thunder have one offensive player who is a consistent threat. And with 3 seconds left, we chose not to double him. Just insane.

If either Dame or Ant were in, we did not.
So who do you play instead of Dame there? Keon? We don’t have many objectively good defensive players.

Also, Dame wasn’t even involved in the play, so keep your agenda driven bullshit out of this.

yes i do think that Dame is one of our five best defenders (currently given our injuries) and so does chauncey. And Dame made a positive defensive play while Justise cost us the game with his mistakes.

justise also took an completely unnecessary charge while moving along the baseline when he had SGA sealed the play before. Cost us 2 FTs.

Then the final shot.

2 plays.

Clearly were not watching. Or you're just talking out of your ass to push your narrative.

Nonsense take. Wins are what build legacies.

I dont give a shit. i enjoy watching this team win or lose, i dont get unhinged everytime something goes wrong, been a fan of this franchise for over 30 years. should we have won this game sure probably, but shit happens get over it. And if you thought this franchise was such shit why do you even bother?

i honestly found that last sequence funny

Our team is garbage enough said

OKC is a scrappy young team that plays tough defense. They’ve beat a lot of really good teams this year.

What’s unacceptable is the boneheaded play by Simons at the end.

We’ll beat them on Wednesday.

It is very cool, but wins are more important than records to me. That is why Walton and Drexler are still above Dame for greatest player ever. Dame is the best scorer to be sure, but you add in rebounding, assists, blocks, steals, defense, MVPs, Championships, Finals appearances, and overall, it's tough to just ignore all of that.

snatching defeat out of the jaws of victory. Blazers coug'd it. I'm not sure what Ant was thinking on that inbound play

and for fuck sakes, what Portland needed to do was to defend SGA the way OKC was defending Dame. It's ridiculous they didn't double SGA when he got the ball. A lot like the poor defense that gave up that Murry three against Denver

Our team is average at best if not garbage, I'd take the record over losing places in the draft.

But hey, feel free to think we're winning the championship this year.
