I would agree with that... but if what you say is true, that Hart gets to decide his role, that's problematic.

We've had 2 timesouts and a quarter break during this run. He doesn't have unlimited timeouts.

Not sure what is worse, the Blazers offense or defense. Seems like every game the Blazers hit these stretches where they go 3 plus minutes without scoring, but then it is a layup drill on the other end.
