Wait I thought you were talking about Kispert?
Talking bout a Spokanastan liking Mr Seattle.
People reacting to tonight and saying that they want to keep Ant and who have watched the rest of the season are tripping. Ant and Dame are not complementary... I get it that both can get hot and that one can get hot and cover for the other but there needs to be more synergy than that.
This feels like the six fucking years I had to say this until I was blue in the face about CJ but Ant will be better off without Dame and as long as Dame has a big guard who can defend and hit the open three next to him, he'll be better off without Ant.
I want fair value for Ant and I won't flip out if we wait until the off season to move him but that should only be if there isn't a trade for him that balances this roster and brings back close to equal talent.
Brandon Roy was from Seattle too…
Yea been back to Portland once in 10+ years..
Has Little hit one 3 on this road trip? Kind of disappointing
It really was and it felt like it sealed the game. That Watford look away pass to Hart was a thing of beauty
That was definitely a little mini dagger kind of moment. Killed any chance Washington had of coming back.It really was and it felt like it sealed the game.
You could feel it was the dagger, and like an actual dagger Watford delivered it up close with a paint to baseline, no-look. It was just absolutely savage. That was definitely a little mini dagger kind of moment. Killed any chance Washington had of coming back.
I'm going to come at that from a different angle simply because every team in the league spends time playing without a C on the floor. I saw several defensive sets where Grant was on Porzingis and Watford was on Gafford. Which one was a C? I'm not even sure Porzingis is a C the way he plays
I think for a player like Watford, calling him a C or a PF is seeing distinction when there is no difference
I'd go with model Tford over Twat...but I'm sensitive that way..We're gonna have to come up with a better nickname though.......
T wat , as Ant stated pregame, isn't going to cut it. Looks bad in print too.
They must be using a fluffer.First quarter is feel out quarter, esp against team we rarely play.
Tactical Women's Alert Team? We're gonna have to come up with a better nickname though.......

I've been told the Western Conference is trash.how are we just 1.5 games behind HCA?

What's important is that Daniel Gafford is 6'10" and Kristaps Porzingis is 7'3".I'm going to come at that from a different angle simply because every team in the league spends time playing without a C on the floor. My original point was that someone was wanting to see him produce like this on a regular basis to give him credit and I thought that was a bit much to ask of someone with his size, skillset, experience, contract, etc.
Pinwheel wants to call him a PF. You want to call him positionless. Tonight, he was typically defending the opposing teams forward/big who had the least range. From a defensive standpoint, I call that a center. When Washington was running a double at Dame, he was put in the same position Nurk is often put at, which is the FT line. I think of Nurk as a center as well, for whatever that is worth.
No matter what, it was a great performance from him tonight. I think he's a major liability against a lot of matchups, but he was fantastic tonight. I'm thankful for that!
You don't go down 20 to good teams and win very often.Imaging complaining about slow starts when the game is predicated on runs and it happens ALL the time.
We won.
Don't really care about what the Suns and Warriors do. The Blazers just need to keep playing well.Yep. And if Suns and Warriors lose tomorrow and we win, we’re 6th!
new orleans pelicans played a lot of games without zion & ingram at the same time and phoenix played a lot of games without booker & cam johnson at the same time, so one can see why they started losing a lot of gameshow are we just 1.5 games behind HCA?
You must be fun. At parties
