Chris: How about including the Caption contest with these posts?

Maybe the Warriors will rest about 8 guys, and the Blazers can play against Dub 3rd stringers? I think Portland could win that.

Wasn't Curry out the last time we played them? That didn't go so well IIFC. Then again, the Warriors were at home, where they play much better.

Yes. Both Thompson and Poole had to have God games.

NO sir. He just had more 3s than our entire team last night. Just acknowledging this. Not allowing my love for the pinwheel to cloud my common sense.

That's true, dude killing it from three.

It's also his birthday and he is looking to destroy us. Damn.

I think this is a winnable game if we don't come out and lay an egg like we did last night. I'm a little bit troubled that we had starters playing last night as late into the fourth as we did given the fact that this game was coming less than 24 hours later but if we are hitting our open shots, which we usually do, we should beat this iteration of the Warriors but all of us know that the team we have right now can't be depended on to win on any given night it's a complete crap shoot every time.

The only thing that would make me think this is a likely loss is if a major trade is announced beforehand and we have important pieces missing.

This post reminds me of when I work golf and our announcers say that this putt is “makable”. And everybody in the studio yells out at the same time, “THERE ALL MAKABLE!”

Pretty sure GBIII is back in Portland and no longer in the G League. No Curry plus a return of Greg = WIN for the Blazers

That's where we're at, this is like a 10 foot uphill putt with no break, we should in theory win this game but it's anything but a given that we win any game. They are all winnable when you have a team that lives and dies by both the three and their willingness to go all out on the defensive end... this one is a helluva lot more winnable than the last one but if we miss shots like we did last night we will not win this game.

Just wonder when we will see the Blazers shoot the ball well at home? They need this game. Time to play with some urgency.

The next 4 games at home are all games they can win if they play well.
After the All-Star break they have a brutal portion of schedule again with 8 of 10 on the road with both of the home games one game home stands. Essentially don't unpack your bags for 3 weeks.
This season is winding down fast. No time to wait if they want to make a push. It needs to start with these next 4 games.

Klay hit more triples (12) in his last game, then all the Blazers combined (9) in their last game.

Yeah that stuff evens out. He's shooting 40% from three like most every year except last year. Klay is having a good year no question.

Im currently in SF on business. Have a group dinner tonight with a bunch of Warriors fans. This could be a depressing night

NBA record for combined 3 point shots is 106. You folks might be in for a historic night.

All the players are on the court looking at phones
