As of 1pm, the team still hasn’t departed. There needs to be a deadline to postpone the game right?

There is going to be a huge competitive advantage for Sacramento and an increased injury risk for Portland.

 
Finally taking off but Dame and Jerami out tonight for rest. Good decision by the team. No need to risk injury. And is the tank low key back on???

I love when Chris Haynes reports anything about Portland and cites “league sources”. All I can think about is Dame texting him that they’re finally taking off.

It's funny that there was alread a game postponed earlier this season because of travel difficulties, it was canceled the night before the game. But we're expected to travel the same day that we play?

I'm sorry but these guys aren't delicate little dolls. The fact that Dame and Grant are out now is crazy to me. 1 to 1 1/2 hour flight on game day is enough to sit out? They aren't crammed in a van or bus. They aren't eating plane food. They aren't pulling into the arena 20 minutes before tip. I get protecting your guys but this is a little overboard.

Drama queen. Once he gets through, he can ask for a hotel voucher. He’s acting like he’s the only one this is happening to and the only time this has ever happened. And he talks about his “whole family” like he has 10 kids. First world problems. I got stuck in Utah once after Christmas for 2 days. Believe it or not, the Blazers had a game there during that time. I chilled at the hotel, went to the game, and we won.

It really sucks when you are with your family and that happens. Your only thought is to take care of them and get them home.

The key to @THE HCP 's problem is to fly to a place that isn't having weather problems and then fly home from there.

Anyone know if there are flights from Hawaii to North Korea?

I can relate. I got stuck in SF with my brother, his wife, and their 2 baby girls many years ago. So I rented an SUV and drove us to Oregon. Gotta stay calm.

Just saying, in that situation I might be upset with the airline too. I would look at other airlines, for a hotel room, or to rent a car and drive, but when you are with your family that's tough.

There is snow where he's at? I thought the issue was the snow here.
 
Dame and Grant could have gotten stuck on the road driving home last night and spent the night in their cars.

PDX to West Linn? On I-5 or 205?!? That shit didn't get unjammed until this morning.
