I thought the same. I figured that after the trade deadline and after potential buyouts, if we didn’t sign a bigger body, then they weren’t serious about winning and making the playoffs this season. I can say with reasonable certainty that Cronin did try and swing for the fences at the deadline. But KD only had eyes for PHX, BKN wasn’t going to trade Mikal Bridges at pretty much any price and the TOR price for OG was ludicrous.
