I’m paying $99 for the entire league FAMS.

Yeah, that is a great deal. I probably should have spent the extra $10 bucks, but I never end up watching the other games since
I already get every Blazer, Clipper, Laker, TNT, ESPN, NBATv, and ABC games. Add in Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday night football and I think I will be ok......at least until February.

Sat next to Shaedon’s brother and mother, although I didn’t realize who they were. We talked throughout and afterwards the brother asked if my son and his friend would like a photo with Shaedon. Of course, I said. Then as the ushers were telling us we had to vacate, the brother said next time maybe, he won’t answer my texts. Then next thing I know Shaedon runs out of the tunnel and into the stands to take a photo with the boys. My son was geeking out about it. It was very cool.
Before you knew were you like “Man I can’t wait to see new guy play”.

I bet they enjoyed last night.
Awesome story.

"Shaedon Sharpe doing it all right there."

What a beautiful thing to see. Makes the game look effortless. He's a smooothe dude. Looking forward to seeing his progression from here out. Consistency is the next step. Hopefully the next game is back on Root.

thanks for posting the videos guys...allows me a glimpse of what Sharpe did that got everybody excited...and HCP defensive

obviously, and everybody knows this, it's just a pre-season game against weaker competition. But it did showcase the toolbox that Sharpe has and the foundation he's building on; and both are impressive in my view. It's up to him how hard and diligently he works over the next few years, but he sure has some good mentors in the Blazer organization.

I don't see how anybody can argue Sharpe doesn't have major potential & upside. Obviously, 'potential' is often a mirage, but again, Sharpe is flashing that toolbox and that isn't mirage

You can bet fans will be saying "why won't Billups play Sharp" after every loss. We got to remember he's a year or two away from being able to play in crunch time against elite NBA players.

Son, I have a family and priorities, of course I’m not going to watch this game. And I love that I’m so up in your dome, you continue to cuss at me. I didn’t think of you or this team all night, but @THE HCP obviously was on your mind.
First of all I'd had a few so that post was a little too aggressive, sorry. That being said I wasn't cussing at you I was just using the word fuck to stress the importance of the points I was making like don't fucking judge everyone without knowing what you're judging them for... that's all. No fucks directed towards @THE HCP and I'm sure no real fucks give by @THE HCP.

And yeah when I was feeling pretty good about what I watched Shaedon do against professionals for the first time it made me happy and then I saw that you came in here and shat on that. So when I read your post I responded to it, therefore you were definitely on my mind for a minute, just like you are this very minute that I'm responding to you again, just like anyone in here is when I respond to them, just like I was on your mind when you responded to me twice. It's cool that you were too busy to catch the game but you should understand that it gives your opinion about what happened in the game last night very little legitimacy.

I'd qualify that last statement with a "probably". Sometimes things just click suddenly for a young'un and they are ready for the prime time. I could potentially see that with Sharpe if he gets enough playing time and coaching/encouragement.

I've been in this position before. Glad you were willing to apologize.

That would be awesome. Pretty much my Blazers Dream Come True (BDCT). It would be so very awesome to be the team that got that absolute steal of the decade this time!

Well he pretty much did. 27 pts in 23 minutes and made it look easy, got to the rim at will.
The negative was 3pt shot still wasn't falling.
He looked fantastic out there. Just have to look at the comp before we start thinking about trading Ant. SHit I have 2 friends who averaged 25+ in the Israeli league back in the mid 90s…..maybe he can go over there and be a king like our ex blazer who dominated in the Philippines forever. Remind me his name! Played for us for 2 seasons in the 80s.

Man last season Charlotte was fun to watch and the year before NOLA was a blast. I won’t miss a NOLA game this season.

Billy Ray Bates.

And you call yourself a Blazer fan.

I don’t see B-Roy in him… Maybe a shorter Qyntel Woods….like some prime JR Smith.

He has a TON of potential. Great seeing his athleticism on the court.

Has some Elliot Williams vibes the more I think about it.

You must be pretty new around here if you believe I really care much about this statement.

Everyone loves to compare players to BRoy.... I don't really see it either.
B would use his body and strength to rub off the defender. I see this kid as being fluid, if that makes sense. Looked good, hope he can continue against NBA players. As long as people are patient.

And your language didn’t offend me or your message. I don’t take this place serious bro, this ain’t real life. I think the only thing I take serious is people throwing unrealistic expectations on my Blazers preseason every year and when they don’t reach those, they make this place miserable every fucking night complaining about why we didn’t beat a team we had no reason beating. Thats what I take serious.

Hey H, what's with the avatar pic of LeBron grunting out a dook, and contemplating if Anthony Day to Davis is going to play all year.

That's cool and I'm not one of the people that will make this place miserable when we're losing. I just have some hope (not expectations) that Shaedon can start making a positive impact on games this season but if he takes longer to develop, I'll be chill about it. I think our win total will be around 46 but if it ends up being less than 41 like you're predicting I will only complain if there was no competent effort made by the front office to improve this roster and get us more wins.
