Hey H, what's with the avatar pic of LeBron grunting out a dook, and contemplating if Anthony Day to Davis is going to play all year.
Realizing this might be a tough season. Trying to figure out how he can trade Russ for 3 current allstars.

Everyone loves to compare players to BRoy.... I don't really see it either.

It's the pace. Both looked slow and then changed speed for a really fast burst. I agree that B-Roy was a lot more physical at getting his body into the defenders to control where they can try to get his shot. But the pace and the way it is slow, methodical and then a burst is where the comparison stands.

I don't think he can grown a Karen haircut.

No worries, they sell them now.

That's cool and I'm not one of the people that will make this place miserable when we're losing. I just have some hope (not expectations) that Shaedon can start making a positive impact on games this season but if he takes longer to develop, I'll be chill about it. I think our win total will be around 46 but if it ends up being less than 41 like you're predicting I will only complain if there was no competent effort made by the front office to improve this roster and get us more wins.
Hey man, you don’t have to be chill about your fandom. You do what you do!

If it’s his little hesitation move, then yes I can see that. CJ is a master of this as well.

Different with CJ tho from what I have seen, with CJ it is more of a handle situation and change of direction, with B-Roy and Sharpe they just seem to be moving at a steady, almost slow pace and than change gears all of a sudden in a direct line and get by someone. I would also say that from the little I have seen of Sharpe's jumper they body seems to be a lot like B-Roy's - the body seems to be going up very straight like B-Roys used to. Again, this is really the first time we have seen the kid play for real, so I am sure there will be many differences, but there are certainly some B-Roy similarities.

I think that's from having a lot of experience though. Roy was pretty seasoned when he came into the NBA.

Yeah, I think Sharpe's is not really intentional "hesitation move". . It's probably more like he really just hesitated, as in he's unsure what to do (to pull up or get close to the basket).

I could be wrong

He did it like three times last night in the exact same way to get by his man and lay the ball up in the same way. If anything I would say that move is completely rehearsed from start to finish and could become predictable if it isn't changed up a little from time to time when he uses it but the young guy has a lot of tricks in his bag and I think that's one of them not just something unintentional.

Some people just have natural talent. They do something without even realizing they're doing it.

I hardly ever play ball anymore, but I actually had a pretty decent hesitation move.... I never worked on it. Never developed it. I just..... did it?
